The annual electricity usage is estimated based on the average usage over the previous three years. Usage is measured in kilowatt-hours (kWh), and the cost per kWh is $0.137.
The average annual usage from 2022 through 2024 is used to determine the amount charged as part of your annual maintenance fee for 2025. However, any additional charge (or credit, if applicable) on your invoice will reflect the difference between the estimated amount you prepaid as part of your 2024 fee and the actual usage recorded during the annual meter reading.
Note: Your invoice does not show the total number of kWh on the meter reading. Instead, the number in the quantity column shows the difference between your previous year’s estimate and the actual meter reading amount. This is the basis for any adjustment (credit or additional charge).
